The following categories of personal data – jointly defined Personal data – relating to you may be collected:

• Other personal data: information you provide us by filling out our “Comments” box in the “Contact” section form;

SYC collects and processes your Personal data in the following circumstances:

How we keep your personal data safe

(except when you decline to receive further communication); for profiling marketing purposes, data will be kept for 12 months.
c) In the event of a dispute: should it be necessary for us to defend ourselves or take action or bring claims against you or any third parties, we may keep the Personal data we deem reasonably necessary for such purposes, for the length of time it takes to pursue the claim.
